291General regulations

  1. The Governor-General may, by Order in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, make regulations for all or any of the following purposes:

  2. prescribing persons or agencies for the purposes of paragraph (m) of the definition of law enforcement or regulatory agency in section 5(1):
    1. prescribing information to be included in infringement notices and reminder notices and the form of notices:
      1. providing for any other matters contemplated by this Act, necessary for its administration, or necessary for giving it full effect.
        1. The Minister must consult the Bank before making a recommendation under this section.

        2. Regulations made under this section are secondary legislation (see Part 3 of the Legislation Act 2019 for publication requirements).
