148Bank must defer publishing information relating to certain directions

This section applies if, under section 135, the Minister has deferred complying with section 174(2) in relation to the whole or any part of a direction.
Section 147(3) does not apply to a report on the review of the operation of the framework that is carried out after the direction is issued.
If the framework is amended under section 147(4), section 144(2) does not apply to the amendment.
However, this section ceases to apply when the Minister complies with section 174(2) in relation to the direction or the part of the direction.
