239Obligation to prepare, present, and publish annual report
The Bank must provide to the Minister an annual report on the affairs of the Bank within 3 months after the end of each financial year.
The Minister must present the Bank’s annual report to the House of Representatives within 5 working days after the Minister receives the annual report or, if Parliament is not in session, as soon as possible after the commencement of the next session of Parliament.
The Bank must publish its annual report as soon as practicable after it has been presented to the House of Representatives, but in any case not later than 10 working days after the annual report is received by the Minister, in a manner consistent with any instructions given under section 259.
