186Indemnities in relation to act or omission

  1. The Bank may only indemnify a person referred to in section 182(1)(a) to (f) in respect of an act or omission for which the person is protected from liability under this subpart (including costs incurred in defending or settling any claim or proceeding relating to the act or omission).
