265Infringement offence to fail to supply information

  1. A relevant person commits an infringement offence if it fails to comply with section 262 or any requirements of the Bank under that section.

  2. A relevant person that commits the infringement offence is liable to—

  3. an infringement fee of—
    1. $1,000 in the case of an individual; or
      1. $3,000 in any other case; or
      2. a fine imposed by a court not exceeding—
        1. $3,000 in the case of an individual; or
          1. $9,000 in any other case.
