63Who disclosure of interests must be made to

  1. The member must disclose details of the interest in an interests register kept by the Bank and to—

  2. the chairperson or, if there is no chairperson or if the chairperson is unavailable or interested, the deputy or temporary deputy chairperson; or
    1. the Minister, if there is neither a chairperson nor a deputy or temporary deputy chairperson, or if both the chairperson and the deputy or temporary deputy chairperson are unavailable or interested.
