273Offence of unauthorised publication, disclosure, or use

  1. A person who intentionally publishes, discloses, or uses information in contravention of section 272 commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding—

  2. $50,000 in the case of an individual; or
    1. $200,000 in any other case.
