267Requirement that information be reviewed

  1. This section applies if—

  2. information is supplied by a relevant person under section 262; and
    1. the Bank has reasonable grounds to believe that the information is inadequate or inaccurate.
      1. The Bank may, by written notice, require the relevant person to—

      2. obtain a review of the information; and
        1. give the results of the review to the Bank.
          1. The review must be carried out—

          2. by a suitably qualified independent person approved by the Bank; and
            1. in the manner specified by the Bank in the notice.
              1. The results of the review must be given to the Bank within the period, and otherwise in the manner, that is specified in the notice.
