22Institute may object to application

  1. The Institute may, within 1 month after receiving a copy of an application, give notice in writing to the Registrar—

  2. that it objects to the registration of the applicant; and
    1. of the grounds of the objection.
      1. The Institute must promptly send a copy of the notice to the applicant.
