46Appeals against decisions of Board

  1. A person (A) who is dissatisfied with any of the following decisions of the Board may, within 3 months after the Registrar gives A notice of the decision, give notice of appeal to the Registrar in the manner prescribed by the regulations:

    1. a decision to remove A’s name from the register otherwise than under section 29:
