59Member temporarily continues in office at end of term

  1. An appointed member of the Board continues in office despite the expiry of their term of office until—

  2. the member is reappointed; or
    1. the member’s successor is appointed.
      1. This section does not apply if a member sooner vacates their office as referred to in section 58.
