43When order of suspension takes effect

  1. An order of suspension does not take effect until the expiry of 21 days after the Board notifies the valuer of the order.

  2. If the valuer gives notice of appeal against the order under subpart 4 within the 21-day period, the order does not take effect unless and until the Board of Appeal—

  3. confirms the order; or
    1. dismisses the appeal for any reason.
      1. Despite subsection (2), unless the Board of Appeal orders otherwise, the period of suspension specified in the order starts on the day when the order starts to have effect.
