18Meaning of recognised certificate

  1. In this subpart, recognised certificate means a certificate, diploma, degree, or licence that—

  2. is granted by a university, college, board, or other authority (whether in New Zealand or elsewhere); and
    1. the Board recognises as giving sufficient evidence that the holder has the required knowledge and skill to practise efficiently the profession of land valuation.
