48Board of Appeal must hear appeal

  1. The Board of Appeal must hear the appeal as soon as practicable.

  2. The Board of Appeal may—

  3. confirm the decision of the Valuers Registration Board; or
    1. order—
      1. the registration of the appellant; or
        1. the restoration of the appellant’s name to the register; or
          1. the termination or variation of an order made under section 37B; or
            1. the cancellation of the whole or any part of a penalty imposed under section 41(1)(b); or
              1. the termination or variation of an order made under section 41(1)(c); or
                1. the termination or variation of an order of suspension made under section 41(1)(d) or 41B; or
                  1. the publication (or non-publication) of a decision, or part of it, under section 41A; or
                    1. the termination or variation of an order to pay an amount made under section 44; or
                    2. make any other order that the case may require.
