29Removal of name from register on non-payment of membership fee

  1. The Registrar must remove a person’s name from the register if—

  2. the person fails to pay a membership fee that is payable to the Institute under this Act within 3 months after it is due; and
    1. the Institute applies to have the person’s name removed; and
      1. the Board directs the Registrar to remove the name.
