Illustration for Valuers Bill

If a valuer's registration is suspended, you will treat them as if they are not a registered valuer. This means they cannot do the things a registered valuer can do while the suspension is in place. When the suspension ends, the valuer's rights and privileges as a registered valuer start again immediately.
