99Board must reimburse Land Information New Zealand for expenditure incurred in relation to this Act

The Board must from time to time pay to Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) the amounts that may be required to reimburse it for all costs incurred by LINZ in connection with the Valuer-General or any other employee of LINZ exercising or performing any powers, duties, and functions conferred or imposed on the Valuer-General by or under this Act.
