33Board may direct that information about qualifications be corrected

  1. The Board must direct the Registrar to remove information from the register about a registered valuer’s qualifications, or to otherwise amend the register, if the Board knows, or it is proved to the Board’s satisfaction, that the information about the qualifications is false or incorrect in any respect.

  2. The Registrar must amend the register accordingly.

  3. This section applies even if, at the time when the register entry was made,—

  4. the valuer had the qualifications; or
    1. the entry was otherwise correct.
