78Exempted person must pay fees

  1. A registered valuer (A) who is exempted under section 76 must pay to the Board the fees or other payments, annual or otherwise, that they would be required to pay to the Institute if they were a member of the Institute.

  2. If A does not pay a fee or any other payment payable to the Board under this section within 3 months after it is due,—

  3. the Board may direct the Registrar to remove A’s name from the register; and
    1. the Registrar must remove A’s name accordingly.
      1. If A satisfies the Registrar that all of those fees and other payments have been paid, the Registrar must, on payment of the fee prescribed by the regulations, restore A’s name to the register.
