Illustration for Valuers Bill

The Minister can remove a member of the Board if they cannot do their job, are insolvent, neglect their duties, or behave badly. You will know this has happened when the member gets a written notice, and the Board gets a copy. The notice must say when the removal starts and why it is happening.
