44Costs and expenses

  1. In a case to which section 41 applies, the Board may order the valuer to pay the amount that the Board thinks fit in respect of either or both of the following:

  2. the costs and expenses of and incidental to the inquiry by the Board:
    1. the costs and expenses of and incidental to the investigation conducted under section 36 in relation to the complaint to which the inquiry relates.
      1. In a case to which section 41B applies, the Board may order the valuer to pay the amount that the Board thinks fit in respect of the costs and expenses of and incidental to the proceeding of the Board under that section.
