If you get fees, penalties, or other money for the Valuers Registration Board, you must pay it into a bank account. You have to pay the money to a bank chosen by the Board, and it goes into an account called the Valuers Registration Board Account. The bank must be a licensed deposit taker, which is a type of bank that is allowed to use the word "bank" in its name, as stated in the Deposit Takers Act 2023.
