26Offence for false or fraudulent representation or declaration

  1. A person (A) commits an offence if they—

  2. wilfully make or cause to be made a false entry in or falsification of the register; or
    1. make or produce, or cause to be made or produced, a false or fraudulent representation or declaration (either verbally or in writing) for the purpose of obtaining or attempting to obtain registration under this Act for A or any other person.
      1. A person who commits an offence under this section is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
