The Board has to give a list to the Minister each year. You will see the names of registered valuers who had a practising certificate on 31 March. The list will show details about each valuer. The Board must give the list to the Minister before 30 April. The list is based on the register of valuers who had a certificate under section 10 on 31 March. The Minister will then publish the list. The Minister will put the list in the Gazette. This means you can look at the list to see who had a practising certificate. The list will have the details that are in the register for each valuer.
