14BWildlife areas to be managed by Department

  1. Subject to this Act, the Department shall manage all wildlife sanctuaries, wildlife refuges, and wildlife management reserves in accordance with—

  2. any statements of general policy approved under section 14C; and
    1. any conservation management strategy and any conservation management plan for the time being in force for the area concerned.
