70N: Interfering with items on land under section 59

70NInterfering with items on land under section 59

  1. A person must not, without being authorised by the Director-General,—

  2. take away, be in possession of, remove, destroy, displace, or move the position of any tent or other structure, or any service, convenience, or amenity erected or provided on any land under section 59; or
    1. remove, injure, or damage in any way any vehicle, animal, equipment, or supplies brought onto any land under section 59.
      1. A person who fails to comply with this section commits an infringement offence.
