56AApplication of Customs and Excise Act 2018

  1. Sections 210, 211, 214, 251, and 252 of the Customs and Excise Act 2018 apply in relation to the exportation of any absolutely protected or partially protected wildlife or any item of absolutely protected or partially protected wildlife as if that wildlife or item of wildlife were a prohibited export within the meaning of that Act.
