44CBoard to be body corporate

  1. The Board shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and be capable of acquiring, holding, and disposing of real and personal property, and of suing and being sued, and of doing and suffering all other acts and things that bodies corporate may do and suffer.
