44FMembership of Board

  1. The members of the Board shall be appointed by the Minister having regard to the functions of the Board and the Board shall consist of—

  2. a chairperson:
    1. 3 persons appointed after consultation with the New Zealand Fish and Game Council:
      1. 1 person appointed after consultation with the Director-General:
        1. 1 person appointed after consultation with the Board of Ducks Unlimited New Zealand Incorporated.
