67Penalties for offences in respect of marine wildlife
Every person who—

- commits an offence against section 63A (which relates to the taking of absolutely or partially protected marine wildlife) is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years, or to a fine not exceeding $250,000, or both:
- commits an offence against section 63B (which relates to the reporting of accidental or incidental death of absolutely or partially protected wildlife) shall be liable to a fine not exceeding $10,000.
