67DPenalty for offence of obstructing ranger
A person convicted of an offence under section 40(1) (which relates to obstructing a ranger or other authorised person) is liable,—
- in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to a fine not exceeding $100,000, or both:
- in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $200,000.
