If you get an infringement notice, the court case can start following section 21 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957.

If you get an infringement notice, the court case will follow the rules set out in section 21 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957. This means the court case will happen in a certain way. The rules from section 21 of the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 will be used to guide the court case.
