Wildlife Act 1953

General provisions - Infringement offences

70I: Failure to comply with condition of authority to take or kill wildlife

You could also call this:

"Breaking the rules of a wildlife permit"

If the Director-General gives you an authority under section 53, you must follow the conditions of that authority. This also applies if a Fish and Game Council gets an authority under section 53 and you are an officer, employee, or someone exercising the Council's powers. You have to comply with any conditions on the authority you have been given. If you do not comply with the conditions, you commit an infringement offence. This means you did something wrong and may get in trouble.
