13Continuing obligations of licensee

  1. The obligations of a licensee under a launch licence (including, without limitation, any obligations under an indemnity required under section 10(3)) survive the expiry or revocation of the launch licence and continue until all matters connected to the launch or launches under the launch licence have been completed.
