The Minister can renew your overseas launch licence for up to 5 more years. You get this renewal if the Minister is still happy with the things mentioned in section 25(1). The Minister looks at these things to decide.

The Minister can also add new conditions to your licence when it is renewed. These conditions are similar to the ones described in section 26. You must follow these conditions.

28Renewal of overseas launch licence

  1. The Minister may renew an overseas launch licence for a further period of up to 5 years if the Minister continues to be satisfied of the matters in section 25(1).

  2. The Minister may impose further conditions of a kind described in section 26 when renewing the licence.
