This information can be from international organisations or other countries that are part of the Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space. It can also be other material that is too big to be printed with the rules.

You can include this information in whole or in part, and you can make changes to it if needed. A copy of the included information must be kept by the Minister and certified as correct. If the original information is changed, the new version is treated as part of the rules.

The Minister must tell people that this information is part of the rules and where they can find it. You can look at this information for free during working hours at the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment. You can also buy a copy of the information or access it in other ways, which will be stated by the Minister.

Some laws, such as Subpart 1 of Part 3 and section 114 of the Legislation Act 2019, do not apply to this included information. Other laws, such as sections 29 to 32 of the Standards and Accreditation Act 2015, still apply to the rules.
