When the Minister is deciding if you are a fit and proper person to get a licence or permit under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017, they can look at things like your history of following rules and regulations. They can also consider your experience in the aviation or aerospace industry and how well you know the rules that apply to you. The Minister can look at other things too, such as if you have had any mental health problems or serious behavioural problems, or if you have been convicted of a crime.

The Minister can get information from anywhere they think is relevant, including medical reports, to help them make their decision. They can use this information to decide if you are a fit and proper person to get a licence or permit. If you are a company, the Minister will look at the company's history and the people in charge of the company, not just the company itself.

The Minister can consider any information they think is relevant when making their decision, and they can get this information from anywhere. This means they can look at a wide range of things to decide if you are a fit and proper person to get a licence or permit under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017.
