The Minister can agree to let you transfer or change control of a licence, permit, or authorisation, but they can also add more conditions. You can find out what kind of conditions the Minister can add by looking at section 10, section 18, section 26, section 34, section 41, section 48, or section 49D. The Minister's conditions are treated as part of your licence, permit, or authorisation.

If you transfer your interest in a licence, permit, or authorisation, as described in section 53, you will no longer have any rights or obligations under it, except for anything you did wrong before the transfer. This is unless the conditions of your licence, permit, or authorisation, or the Minister's conditions for agreeing to the transfer, say otherwise. The Minister's conditions for agreeing to the transfer are in addition to the conditions of your licence, permit, or authorisation.
