36Continuing obligations of permit holder

  1. The obligations of a permit holder under an overseas payload permit (including, without limitation, any obligations under an indemnity required under section 34(2)(a)) survive the expiry or revocation of the overseas payload permit and continue until all matters connected to the operation of the payload or payloads under the overseas payload permit have been completed.
