7Launch of launch vehicle from New Zealand requires launch licence

  1. A person must not launch a launch vehicle from a launch facility in New Zealand, or from a vehicle in the air that was launched from New Zealand, unless the person has a launch licence for the launch of the launch vehicle from the launch facility or the vehicle (as the case may be).
