If you have a licence, permit, or authorisation under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017, or if you are applying for one, you must not give the Minister false or misleading information. You will be in trouble if you give information that you know is not true or might be wrong in an important way. This applies to anything you tell the Minister for a purpose under this Act.

If you break this rule, you can get in trouble with the law. As an individual, you might have to pay a fine of up to $10,000. If you are a company, you might have to pay a fine of up to $50,000.
