68Launching high-altitude vehicle without high-altitude licence
A person commits an offence if the person—
- launches a high-altitude vehicle without a high-altitude licence contrary to section 45; and
- knows or ought to know that a high-altitude licence is required.
A person who commits an offence against subsection (1) is liable on conviction,—
- in the case of an individual, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $50,000, or both; or
- in the case of a body corporate, to a fine not exceeding $250,000.
