If you are a police officer, you can use certain powers to check if people are following the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act 2017. You can do this to see if people are complying with the Act, with rules made under the Act, or with conditions of licences, permits, and authorisations issued under the Act. 62Constable may exercise enforcement powers

  1. For the purpose of investigating compliance with this Act, regulations made under this Act, or the conditions of licences, permits, and authorisations issued under this Act, a constable may exercise any of the powers of an enforcement officer under section 60(1)(a) to (h), and sections 60(2) and 61 apply.
