When you need to give a notice, disposal order, or direction under the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act, you can do this in several ways. You can deliver it to the person, which is called the recipient, or to their home or business address. You can also post it to their address or email it to them if they have given you their email address for this purpose.

If the recipient is a company, the rules for giving notices are the same as those in section 388 of the Companies Act 1993. This means you follow the same steps as you would for giving notices to companies under that Act.

You can also use any other method that is prescribed, which means it is officially allowed, to give the notice, disposal order, or direction under section 83B of the Outer Space and High-altitude Activities Act.
