If you have a licence to launch something into space from another country, you still have to do certain things even after your licence expires or is taken away. This includes anything you agreed to do as part of your indemnity, which is like a promise to protect others from harm, as outlined in section 26(3). You have to keep doing these things until everything related to the launch is finished.
