Payload permits
22Radiocommunications Act 1989 presumption does not apply to payloads under payload permit
The presumption in section 114(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989 does not apply if—
- a payload is, or contains, a radio transmitter (as defined in section 2(1) of that Act); and
- a person—
- has a payload permit for the payload; or
- has applied for a payload permit under section 16 in respect of the payload and the Minister has not yet decided whether to grant or decline to grant the permit under section 17.
- has a payload permit for the payload; or
