When you get a payload permit, it must say when it starts and when it ends. It can end on a specific date or when something particular happens. The permit will end in the way it says, unless it is stopped or cancelled earlier under section 21.

If your payload permit is stopped or cancelled, it will end before the date it was supposed to end. This can happen if someone uses their power under section 21. Your permit will still end as planned if it is not stopped or cancelled.
