When you get an overseas payload permit, it must say when it starts and when it ends. It can end on a specific date or when something particular happens. The permit will end in the way it says, unless it is stopped or cancelled earlier under section 37.

If your overseas payload permit says it ends on a specific date, that is when it will end. If it says it ends when something happens, it will end when that thing happens. You can find out more about when a permit can be stopped or cancelled by looking at section 37.

Your overseas payload permit will be valid until it ends or until it is stopped or cancelled. It is stopped or cancelled under section 37 if that is what is decided. You need to know what section 37 says to understand when this can happen.
