20Continuing obligations of permit holder

  1. The obligations of a permit holder under a payload permit (including, without limitation, any obligations under an indemnity required under section 18(2)(a)) survive the expiry or revocation of the payload permit and continue until all matters connected to the operation of the payload or payloads under the payload permit have been completed.
