86Review of Act

  1. The Minister must, as soon as practicable after the expiry of 3 years from the commencement of this Act,—

  2. commence a review of the operation and effectiveness of the Act; and
    1. prepare a report on that review.
      1. The Minister must present the report to the House of Representatives as soon as practicable after it has been completed.
